Email support@buykglow.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know whether you’d like a refund or exchange and our team will guide you through the process.
We’ll send you a simple return form to fill out with your order details and return reason.
Return your package using any courier of your choice within 30 days of delivery.
Return Address, please contact us first at support@buykglow.com and we will instruct you with the process of returning your order.
Once your return is delivered and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the package is returned back to us due to such reason, we will have to charge a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
Risk of Loss
Please note that all purchases made on buykglow.com are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss is passed upon to the customer once a delivery has successfully been made by the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the tracking states that it is delivered.
Adverse Reactions
We take adverse reactions seriously and want to help if a product doesn't agree with your skin. Because skincare reactions can be highly individual and influenced by factors outside our control (other products used, underlying skin conditions, ingredient sensitivities), we assess these requests on a case-by-case basis.
To request a review:
Contact us at support@buykglow.com within 14 days of the reaction occurring
Include your order number
Provide clear photos of the reaction (ideally with date visible or timestamped) and the product packaging showing the batch number
Describe when the reaction started, how the product was used, and any other skincare products applied at the same time
Stop using the product immediately and retain it (we may request you return it)
If we determine the reaction is consistent with a product issue, we'll offer store credit equal to the purchase price of the affected product, or a refund where required by applicable law. We strongly encourage all customers to review the full ingredient list before purchase and to perform a patch test (apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours) before first use.
Claims without photo evidence, batch information, or submitted outside the 14-day window cannot be processed.
All reshipments cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees you may have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and similar legislation in your country of residence. If any provision of this policy conflicts with your non-waivable statutory rights, those statutory rights prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are governed by both this Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
To cancel:
Log into your account and manage your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email, or
Email support@buykglow.com with your order number and "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the renewal charge date. If a renewal has already been processed, the upcoming shipment will be dispatched, but we will cancel all future renewals. Once shipped, subscription orders follow the standard return process outlined above.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

A: Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing may take an additional 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on your provider.
Q: What if I’m just past the 30-day return window?
A: Reach out to us anyway. Depending on the situation, we may still offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit.
